Full service catering from 1 person to thousands of people. We specialize in custom catering for any event, from corporate luncheons, to elegant weddings and barbecue pig roasts. Let us show you how you can save money without giving up on our fine quality of freshly cooked foods. We have itemized our menus and services to help you customize your event. We also have premium selections available for your party that are listed on our Weddings page.

   Our catering team can take care of some or all aspects of your party. We can just provide your food or plan your whole event, whether it is a buffet setup or table side service. We offer numerous options for you to choose from, such as china, disposable paper products, tables, chairs, linens, tents and grills.

   If you are considering using us for your full service event, give us a call to schedule a meeting at your convenience. After you have established a dinner menu, we invite you to a tasting, where we serve you the proposed menu and we can go through all of the fine details.

We Deliver Anytime... Anywhere!

   Looking for a complete breakfast for your office that has to be ready to eat by 8:15 AM or an exquisite surf-n-turf dinner for a beach wedding? We will work with your event's specific needs whether it is a time factor or at a distant location.

   There are a few delivery options for you to choose from. Please take a moment to read all options carefully to better understand our offerings so we can better serve you.

   We ask that you let us know if there are any obstacles such as steps, elevators, etc., that our delivery drivers might encounter while bringing your order. These obstacles may require more time and/or delivery drivers to ensure that your order arrives and is ready to go by the contracted time.

   Please include any additional cell/phone numbers & the names of the contacts for that delivery. Our deliveries are intended to be catered by you at the event site.

Return & Pickup

   If you don’t have time to return our equipment, we will do it for you. Let us know what time to be there and we will drop by & save you the trouble.

Cold Drop-Off – In Disposables

   Can’t make it to our facility? Not a problem. We will drop-off your food in your kitchen or office. Your food will arrive in disposable aluminum pans, ready for you to Heat-n-Eat. We can even supply disposable serving utensils or bowls.

Hot Drop-Off – In Disposables

   Office luncheon anyone? Our hot drop-off option is perfect when the eating time is short. (Please note that some foods are best served straight from the oven and some items may require additional heating.)

Delivery & Setup

   This is our most economical service, just tell us where and when. We will deliver and have your entire buffet set-up and hot, ready for you to enjoy. Setup includes delivering the buffet to your desired location, setting up and lighting the chafing dishes, filling bowls with salads, rolls, appetizers, etc., setting up coffee and tea services, dessert table, and paper products, if included on your order. Our arrival time is 1½ to 2 hours before you are ready to eat. The only thing you need to do is make sure we can access where you would like your food setup and have all of the food tables positioned & ready for our staff. Please have a contact person available all day. Cell phones are great!

Be Your Own Caterer

Cold Pick up – In Disposables

   We will be happy to prepare some or all of the food for your event. Just give us a call at least 48 hours prior and we will have your order ready for pick-up. If you are in a jam and need to place a last minute order, we can work miracles. Please consider the vehicle’s cargo capacity and the size of your order. Hot Pick up – In Disposables

   There is a $5.00 per pan charge for food picked up hot at Bachetti's. This is a nice option for when you are cutting it close between work and your event or you want to pick up a hot lunch for your office. Please note that some foods are best served straight from the oven and some items may require additional heating.
